# Neo Bass Tackle – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Neo Bass Tackle! We are dedicated to building and delivering high-quality tackle to help you succeed on the water. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
## 1. Order Processing Time
* **Handling Time:** All orders are processed and packed within **1 to 3 business days**.
* **Schedule:** Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or regional holidays.
* **High Volume:** If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak tournament seasons or major product launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.
## 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all domestic orders via **USPS Ground Advantage** or equivalent to ensure reliable tracking and delivery straight to your door. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* **Estimated Delivery Time:** 2 to 5 business days after the carrier receives the package.
*Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather, which are outside of our control.*
## 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been paid and received. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
## 4. Damages and Missing Packages
Neo Bass Tackle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately providing pictures of the damaged package and/or the damaged product. If your tracking states "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us before filing a claim directly with the carrier (USPS).
## 5. Returns & Return Shipping Costs
If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy guidelines:
* **Prior Approval Required:** If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or credited.
* **Shipping Fees:** Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
